If you are affiliated with the University of Warsaw, your payment must be processed via an internal note (nota wewnętrzna), not an invoice. You are required to obtain the signatures of your Dean (Dziekan) and the Bursar of your Faculty (Kwestor Wydziału), and return the completed note to us.
